About Tatsiana:

I’m a digital marketing consultant in healthcare and medical device industry. With the breadth of expertise equivalent to that of an entire marketing team, I help companies build successful multi-channel digital marketing strategies in DTC/HCP using data-driven approach that deliver on business goals and produce results, while navigating complex regulatory environment.

I held Advisory Board Roles for Momentum Health Events and previously Digital Pharma West, I was a frequent speaker at industry conferences on the subject of digital marketing and I’ve written for PM360 magazine (the essential resources for pharma marketers).

With 15 years of experience across Marketing, PR and Communications in different healthcare settings—emergency medical services, large hospital system in Northern California and medical device— I gained the breadth of expertise equivalent to that of an entire marketing team with great results:

  • developed a global $1MM paid media digital marketing strategy;

  • built an integrated multi-channel marketing strategy in the DTC space that generated 250 leads in less than 12 months;

  • for social media marketing & social media strategy, I developed a Facebook strategy which exceeded organic KPIs for growth and engagement by 150+% within 6 weeks; developed a Twitter campaign targeting HCPs (as a part of the digital strategy I wrote) which exceeded industry and internal benchmarks for organic engagement by 12x and average organic reach by 4x; I designed creative copy for 100+ social media ads including ad testing to drive conversions and optimize for set goals; I built corporate social media policy to drive internal engagement to boost company’s social media presence

  • for email marketing (CRM), developed email nurturing campaign in the DTC space with double the industry open rates and average 45% conversion rate;

  • led content strategy for webpages to ensure SEO optimization and managed Google Analytics to analyze performance;

  • Google-certified in SEM, I advised on ad copy + keywords to maximize conversions;

  • skilled in marketing data analytics, I set KPIs, analyzed campaign performance and provided recommendations for optimization.

  • overseen corporate communication and ensured brand compliance as Marketing Communications, wrote press releases and collaborated with media partners as a Public Relations lead;
